What a great day! After an early morning breakfast, the girls went back to their core class and further explored their topics, some delving deep into the world of “Forensic Files” and others continuing to grow and expand their business. Following core classes and lunch was another round of workshops where the girls experienced two more fun lessons, either on patterns, Newton’s Law, polymers, or team building with cap the gusher.
The girls heard an informative presentation on A-G Requirements to prepare them for high school, with tips for studying and time-management. Then, after dinner, the girls got all of their questions about financial aid for college answered, going along with an informative presentation regarding scholarships, grants, loans, and California’s higher education system.
To close the night, they returned to their dorms and worked on their presentations for the end of the week, which they will showcase to all you at 10 am THIS SATURDAY after you pick them up at 9 am! Excited to continue learning and growing this week!
